To create a page template, follow the steps below. It is mandatory to create a page template in the Publish Theme to be able to select it on the Page. To create a page template, go to Customization and click on Create Template.
go to Customization and click on Pages
Click on Create template
Enter the name you want to use for creating the template and then click on create template.
Go to the admin panel and click on the page for which you created the template.
